He went above and beyond to make the whole process easy, nothing was a hassle, and you genuinely feel looked after from start to finish.
The best part? The banter. Between giving us grief for being English, taking the mick out of the rugby (which, to be fair, we probably deserved 😂), and genuinely having a good laugh, it felt more like catching up with a mate than buying a car.
